REFUND AND RETURN SERVICE

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. If the item you receive has quality issues or does not match the website description, you may apply for a return within 30 days of receipt. We have established the following return and refund rules to protect your legal rights and interests.

Items submitted for return must be unused and retain their complete original packaging, along with all accompanying accessories and manuals. For small furniture items, signs of assembly or missing parts may affect the outcome of the return review. To initiate a return, please contact us via the methods listed on our website, providing your order number and the reason for the return. Upon receipt of your request, we will confirm the return process and the return address. Please follow the instructions to pack the item securely for shipment; damage occurring during transit due to improper packaging may affect the processing of your refund.

Once we have received and approved the returned item, we will issue the refund to your original payment account within three days. If a refund to the original payment method is not possible due to special circumstances, we will work with you to arrange an alternative, reasonable refund method.

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases: the item has been used or damaged by the user; the original packaging is missing or severely damaged; the 30-day return application period has expired; or the item shows natural wear and tear resulting from normal use. We reserve the right to review every return request and will communicate with you proactively should any questions arise.

Due to sustained losses, the merchant has decided to clear out inventory at a loss.
